This is my Tessellation drawing that I did with Google drawing. Tessellation means to repeat a pattern. I really like it and I enjoyed designing it too. I think it looks very cool.
I am a year 7 student at Ruapotaka school in Auckland, New Zealand. I am in room 11 and my teacher is Mr Reid.

A Spooky Shattering
Summary:
The people working at the Barnsley Auction Centre in South Yorkshire believed there was a break-in after they found shattered glass on the floor. When the owner, Danny Parker went to see the CCTV footage he was shocked to find something a bit scarier than a break-in. The footage showed the cabinet door opening and shattering without any explanation!
Opinion:
I think this is cool and scary at the same time. Seeing it in the video was cool but it would be scary to see it in real life.

Selfie Sombrero
Summary:
Selfies have officially entered the fashion world making an appearance in the London fashion week. A Fashion designer named Christian Cowan-Sanluis teamed up with Acer to produce this new accessory called the selfie sombrero. It is a bright pink and sparkling hat especially designed for Lady Gaga. The cool thing about this hat is that the wearer can rotate the attached table to their perfect selfie position.
Opinion:
I think that it is really cool to have a hat like this one. If I had this hat I would probably take heaps of selfies of me and my friends. Would you wear this fashion statement?

Asteroid To Pass Close To New Zealand
NASA experts have announced that a newly discovered asteroid flew past earth early today. The asteroid flew directly past New Zealand at 6am. It was not visible to the naked eye but you could see it through a telescope.
I think this cool and I just wish I was up at 6am to see it. It is sad that it is not visible to my eyes because I do not have a telescope to see it with.
